My husband and I have been married for 9 years, we have two children Michael 10, and Kirsten 7. We are animal lovers. Both of our dogs had a rough start in life. We got our Am. Bully from a co-worker of paul (my husband), and our black lab from a family member (yes a family member). Stinky my cat i had since she was a baby, i got her at a rescue up the road. Skippy was found on the side of the road, and brought to the humane society that was overflowing with pets esp. cats. He was brought in the same time that i was there looking for my old cat. I fostered him, which turned into a keep him;) Bobo was an accident. His mom was at Petsmart for adoption day. She had been at the humane society for over a year. I bought her for my mom (she was "spayed"). 5 months later she had a baby. I visited her baby (we named him bobo) everyday, weined him from nursing. But for some reason he absolutely hates people (unless you are playing with him. You can not pet him, or even go in the same room as him if he is in a mood. He will growl, hiss, and smack you. he is now 2 years old. We think maybe because he was an only child, my parents dogs visited him nonstop and he grew to love dogs. (to this day he nurses on Haley even though he is not getting anything). i stopped triing to figure him out and labeled him as mentally unstable.

Wow! Is Thumper actually able to play with some of your other animals? I am trying to introduce my rabbit to my roommate's cat, but I don't think I could get the cat and the chin to play nice.
